The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming/outgoing calls promptly and professionally. This is a work-from-home position, and the intern will need to have their own laptop and stable internet connection.Key Responsibilities:Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls promptly and professionallyPrioritize calls based on urgency and importanceRedirect calls to the relevant team members as neededDeliver outstanding customer service through phone interactionsFollow up with clients and customers via phone when requiredOffer insights and feedback on phone communication strategies as an intern in the customer experience teamRequirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office and GmailMust have their own laptop and stable internet connection Ready to work with rotational off and work timing from 10 am to 8 pm Note - This is a paid internshipTo apply for this opportunity please fill in this form - (This is necessary to move forward in the application process)
