The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, maintaining customer service, and creating business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, developing channel partner relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in Residential Sales/ marketingStrong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilitiesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Lead Generation and developing business strategiesAbility to work collaboratively with team members and clientsPrevious experience in the construction, architecture or residential industry is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPrefer candidates with their own vehicle who are willing to travel around the city for client/site visits
