Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain customer engagement and follow up on prospects. Explain products/services, pricing, and offers to customers in a clear and persuasive manner. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reportsCRM Management Responsibilities: Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date customer information. Track customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities. Generate sales reports and analyze customer trends to improve the sales team performance Coordinate with the sales team to streamline the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
