*** We are hiring for our client which is looking to expand operations in India ***The position is long term, but will be on a third party payroll directly controlled by the client.Overview:This role focuses on promoting and selling products within the door industry and hardware trade in INDIA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of technical products, particularly within retail and tender business environments, with a proven track record of engaging with architects and the construction sector. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development:  - Promote and sell products tailored to the door industry and hardware trade.  - Provide technical advice and support to our partners and customers  - Conduct presentations to partners, customers and architects and participate in trade fairs. - Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and industry  professionals.2. Client Management:  - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.  - Address any issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.3. Market Research and Strategy:  - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.  - Analyse competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.4. Reporting and Analytics:  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.  - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Requirements:- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.- Fluent in HINDI and English (required)- Proven experience in sales of technical products, ideally within the door industry or hardware sector.- Familiarity with the architectural business and contact network in the construction sector.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel (internationally) and participate in trade fairs as necessary Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth. Location/Working Place:The position is based in Delhi or Mumbai (with travel required within the region as per business needs.
