We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Sales Executive to drive new clientacquisition and help us grow to the next level.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential leads via LinkedIn, emails, calls, and events (inbound & Outbound) - Understand client needs and pitch relevant digital marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Website Design, SEO, etc.) - Prepare customized proposals and quotations for clients - Manage the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to deal closure - Maintain strong follow-ups and track progress using CRM tools or Excel - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding - Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) and present agency capabilities - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies. - Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation. - Track and analyze sales metrics, providing recommendations for improvement. - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B service sales experience (preferably in digital marketing or advertising). - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in converting leads into long-term clients. - Digital Marketing Knowledge: A Basic understanding of digital marketing services is essential. - Mindset: Energetic, proactive, and target-driven with a strong passion for digital marketing and sales. - Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and related technologies.
