You’ll be rewarded with a high-commission model designed to maximize early earnings and long-term incentives.Compensation StructureBase Pay: Fixed monthly retainer (based on performance and engagement)Commissions:100% commission on the first 20 SaaS sales20% commission on all SaaS sales after the first 20Always 20% commission on Enterprise plan salesYour ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential SMB customers (e.g., clinics, retail shops, consultants)Conduct demos and explain product benefitsFollow up and close the saleShare basic lead/customer info with the Workaxis team for onboardingMaintain records of your prospects and conversionsWho We’re Looking ForSales freelancers or business development professionalsAnyone with connections in the SMB ecosystemMust be comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals
