Dear All,We are excited to announce a job opportunity atIRIS KPO Resourcing India PvtLtdfor the position of Payroll Compliance Associate .If you're passionate about numbers, compliance, and client interaction – this role could be perfect for you!, we would love to hear from you!Role:Payroll Compliance AssociateJob Type :Hybrid O fficeL ocation :Nungambakkam, Chennai Shift:2 PM – 11 PM IST Exp:1+ yr in MIS (Excel skills a must) Qual: / BBA / MBAYour Role at a Glance:As aPayroll Compliance Associate , you’ll work closely with the Head of Tronc and our expert team to deliver our outsourcedTroncmasterservice efficiently and effectively.What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Processing Tronc distribution calculations (all complexity levels) ✅ Supporting onboarding of new clients & managing online portals ✅ Sending employee agreements ✅ Staying up to date with tronc and payroll tax legislation ✅ Handling client queries and preparing reports ✅ Attending and documenting client audit/committee meetings ✅ Communicating with clients (written & verbal) ✅ Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledgeIf you’re detail-oriented,Excel-savvy , and have a flair for client communication, we’d love to hear from you!Desired Competencies & Software expertise:Excellent command of Microsoft Excel– including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Charts and Power Query.
