About the OpportunityWe are expanding our mentor pool and are looking for accomplished researchers in specific subject areas—including Psychology, Visual Arts, Physics, Law, Mathematics, Computer Science, Political Science, International Relations, Robotics, and related fields—to guide high-school students through the complete research cycle in 12 weeks. Each mentor will work one-on-one with a student for roughly 12 sessions , helping them transform an initial idea into a publication-ready manuscript.Key ResponsibilitiesSubject-Matter Guidance – Help students refine their interests into focused research questions and project roadmaps tailored to your discipline.Methodology & Ethics – Teach discipline-appropriate research design, data-gathering methods, and ethical standards.Draft Review & Feedback – Provide detailed feedback that sharpens analysis, structure, and academic writing while ensuring all work is original and properly cited.Publication Preparation – Coach students on polishing their work for submission to peer-reviewed journals or other reputable outlets, always preserving student ownership of the research.Ideal ProfileAcademic Credentials – Degree (Master’s, PhD's or higher preferred) from a top-tier institution (IITs, IIMs, NITs, or equivalent global universities) in the subject you will mentor.Research Track Record – Evidence of scholarship in your field (publications, patents, or industry projects).Communication Skills – Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and motivate high-school learners.Mentoring Experience – Previous supervision or teaching experience is highly desirable.
