Job Title: VP - Products – AI & SaaSLocation: ChennaiEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a visionary VP - Products with a strong background in AI and SaaS to lead the full product lifecycle of our cutting-edge solutions. This is a high-impact role that involves close collaboration with the Founders and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Sales.If you are a strategic thinker who thrives in scaling SaaS companies and building innovative, AI-powered solutions, we’d love to talk to you.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation to launch, optimization, and scaling. - Build and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. - Work closely with the Founders on strategic initiatives and high-priority decisions. - Define and implement AI capabilities across core business functions. - Create and refine AI prompts and features to drive intelligent user experiences. - Collaborate with Development, Data Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution. - Leverage Azure cloud services for product and data infrastructure where applicable. - Drive product-led growth and support sales enablement efforts. - Translate data-driven insights into scalable product features. - Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with strong leadership and management practices.Requirements- Overall experience of 13+ years in developing custom products with 3+ years on Tech Leadership within a SaaS firm. - 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with SaaS and AI-based product background. - Proven track record managing and scaling end-to-end SaaS products. - Experience working with large datasets and data-driven product decision-making. - Strong understanding of prompt engineering for AI applications. - Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services and modern data architectures. - Deep understanding of the intersection between AI, Product, and Business Strategy. - Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in startups or high-growth SaaS companies. - Exposure to sales processes and ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements. - Passion for building impactful AI-driven solutions.Interested candidates who would like to be part of an emerging technology startup, feel free to share your profiles to tbharathi@.
