Key Responsibilities: ● Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication. ● Understand client goals and ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver on expectations. ● Schedule and conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback meetings with clients. ● Share campaign updates, performance reports, and key deliverables on time. ● Coordinate internally with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure timely execution. ● Escalate concerns or red flags to the Department Head promptly. ● Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and feedback● Build strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction. Key Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing marketing or communication role. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively. ● Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM/project management platforms. ● A strong understanding of performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads is mandatory.Experience: 2-4 years Location : Kochi , Kerala
