In this role, you will oversee the development and enhancement of our product offerings, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deeply serve the needs of our customers—whether they’re pet care professionals or loving pet parents. You’ll be a core part of our journey to revolutionize the pet care industry by building tools that are intuitive, impactful, and full of heart.Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and roadmap. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market opportunities usingMoSCOWframework or similar. Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features. Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Provide training and support to internal teams and external customers as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Provenexperience(5+ years)working as a Sr. Business Analyst/Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
