This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Recruiting Team Lead. The Recruiting Team Lead will oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, manage and mentor the recruiting team, and develop strategic hiring plans. Responsibilities include technical recruiting, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining strong communication within the team and with stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting Skills in Team Management and Team Leadership Strong Communication abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in recruitment software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage Willing to work as per Company Plan and Vision
