About the role - Special Needs TeacherWe are looking for a caring and proactive Special Needs Teacher to join one of our partner school in USA. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential in a supportive environment.Position: Special Needs Education TeacherWork Location: California, USAExperience Required: Minimum of 2 years of school teaching experience in a special needs classroom or with students requiring special education supportQualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited 4-year university (Master’s Degree preferred)If you're interested in this opportunity, please review the job description and send your resume to ajita.tiwari@Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.Help students with classroom tasks, organization, and behavior management.Support the development of students’ social and communication skills.Assist with the preparation and use of learning materials and resources.Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff.Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited 4-year university (Master’s Degree preferred)Minimum of 2 years of school teaching experience in a special needs classroom or with students requiring special education supportCredential Evaluation report for USA (Preferred)Skills Required:Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.Good communication skills, both with students and staff.Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs.
