We are hiring full-time English teachers to run story-based classroom sessionsin partner schools across Pondicherry. Teachers will use our curriculum, app, and journalactivities to guide engaging, joyful learning.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging Story Buddy sessions for Grades 4 to 7, combining storytelling, classroom activities, group games, and creative expression tasks.Conduct 4-5 sessions daily as part of a structured, outcome-based program designed to build language confidence and creativity in children.Facilitate end-to-end classroom experiences — from storytelling and interactive learning to homework follow-up and student engagement tracking.Track participation and progress; support classroom managementWork closely with training and curriculum teams for weekly planningBuild relationships with parents and school coordinatorsQualificationsBachelor’s in English / Education / Child Development1–2 years of classroom or activity-based teaching experienceConfident English speaker with clear communicationFluent in basic Tamil (for classroom connection)Passionate about stories, teaching, and child engagementWilling to learn and take feedback positivelyWork Mode & Location:This is a full-time, in-person position based in Pondicherry.
