Even when the conversation is hard.You know how to push for quality, but you also know when done > perfect.You love watching ideas turn into results — and knowing you were a key part of that.What Makes You a Great Fit:2–4 years working in a digital agency, performance team, or startup marketing team.Comfortable working with performance media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).You get people. You read between the lines.
