Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will analyze and understand business requirements, recommend appropriate SAP business processes, and ensure successful implementation through thorough testing and support. The candidate will work closely with clients, providing expertise in SAP functionality and training end-users, while coordinating project tasks and managing tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements including functional and technical needs by conducting information-gathering sessions and documenting accurate understandings of clients' business processes.Recommend suitable SAP business processes to effectively meet client requirements.Utilize testing methodologies and tools for functionality testing, including unit, integration, system, regression, and dry run testing.Design and develop comprehensive test plans, including test objectives, cases, data, and scripts to ensure solutions meet business needs.Develop process models based on business requirements to assess the completeness of information and process components.Coordinate execution of project tasks in the functional area while maintaining productivity under tight deadlines.Provide support for business applications and infrastructure, including break/fix support, minor enhancements, monitoring, and testing to ensure client productivity.Deliver basic SAP training to end-users and support them in understanding SAP functionalities.Collaborate closely with business decision-makers and end-users to foster strong working relationships.Exhibit strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP PS experience.Experience with 3 or more full life cycle implementations of SAP.Proficiency in S/4HANA.Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to SAP functionalities.Familiarity with various testing methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.Experience in providing user training and support.Educational and Certification Requirements:SAP Certification in relevant areas.A University Degree in a related field is preferred.
