As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager with expertise in programmatic advertising to oversee client relationships and campaign performance. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and campaign goals.• Manage relationships across diverse geographic regions (US, LATAM, Europe etc.).• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, setup, optimization, and reporting.• Develop and present post-campaign analysis and insights to clients, ensuring continuous improvement.• Proactively identify upselling opportunities and offer tailored recommendations to clients.• Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.• Keep abreast of market trends and developments, also liaising with partners - identifying new betas and technology.• Maintain and develop strong professional relationships internally (cross departments) and externally (media vendors).Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree. • 2-3 years of experience in account management/ad operations, preferably in programmatic advertising or digital marketing.• Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and ad-serving technologies.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.• A problem solver at heart, interested in working in a fast-paced environment.• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.• Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
