As part of our global expansion, we are hiring dynamic professionals to lead and grow our international business.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven International Business Manager with deep domain knowledge and sales experience in OT lights, OT tables, and cautery machines, focused on exports and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building distribution networks, managing key international clients, and scaling CAPEX product sales globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute international sales strategy for OT lights, tables, and Hospital furniture in target markets (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America, etc.)Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and hospital partners in the international territoryConduct market analysis, identify product demand trends, and gather competitive intelligenceManage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, quotations, negotiations, and closuresEnsure compliance with country-specific regulations and handle required documentation (CE, FDA, Free Sale Certificates, etc.)Coordinate with internal product, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentRepresent Medikabazaar at international medical trade fairs and exhibitionsMonitor monthly targets, sales forecasts, and achieve assigned revenue goalsRequired Skills & Experience2–3+ years of international sales experience in medical equipment, specifically OT lights, tables, or Hospital furnitureStrong distributor/dealer network in international geographies preferredFamiliarity with certifications like CE, ISO, and export documentationExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsWillingness to travel internationally (30–40% of the time)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, International Business, or related fieldMBA preferred (not mandatory)Exposure to both B2B and institutional sales in international marketsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with one of India’s fastest-growing healthcare platformsCompetitive salary with performance-linked incentivesFast-paced, entrepreneurial work cultureGlobal exposure in the healthcare industry
