Key Responsibilities:Platform Transition ManagementLead the full lifecycle migration from Flexcube 11.2 to OBP 14.7Manage project timelines, environment setup, interface validation & cutover planningEnsure seamless environment readiness (UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod)Functional & Technical OversightAct as the functional lead for payment workflows & OBP configurationCollaborate with architects to map and customize OBP modulesValidate functional specs, mapping documents & regulatory complianceStakeholder & Business CoordinationInterface with business, operations, and compliance teamsOwn UAT planning, execution, and business sign-offConduct workshops & solution walkthroughs for country-specific needsVendor & Third-Party ManagementWork closely with Oracle and Profinch partnersOversee certification of third-party integrations (gateways, central banks)Conduct joint validation of designs and exception handling logicRisk & Control ManagementEstablish data reconciliation & fallback controlsAddress audit & compliance gapsDefine rollback procedures for production readinessKnowledge & Team EnablementPrepare process documents, manuals, and training materialSupport teams during hyper-care and go-live phasesMaintain traceability of all migrated functionalitiesPost-Migration Support & OptimizationLead defect triage, performance tuning & monitoring post go-liveTrack transaction health, automate operations, and reduce manual touchpointsProduction Support ReadinessValidate infrastructure sizing, HA/DR testingDefine SOPs for L1/L2 teams and participate in cutover rehearsalsKey Skills & Experience:8–10 years of experience in Payments & Core BankingHands-on experience with Oracle Banking Products, preferably OBPExperience with Flexcube, payment systems (RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT, etc.)Strong understanding of payment processes & regulatory requirementsExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong project leadership and vendor coordination experience
