Our comprehensive skillsets, obtained over decades of experience as entrepreneurs, business owners and industry innovators, allow us to provide insights and transformative strategies to help strengthen every dimension of our clients’ businesses.Job ResponsibilitiesWork as part of implementation team on Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Security & Controls projects as a functional lead from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions aligned with client prioritiesAdvise clients on using Oracle RMC Cloud to meet their business needs regarding security & controls across Oracle HCM, Financials and SCM Cloud modulesCollaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand business requirements related to risk management within Oracle Cloud solutionsDesign end-to-end solutions based on best practices enabled by Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules to meet business objectives and compliance standardsLead the implementation of Security & Controls framework across Oracle Cloud solutions ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standardsConfigure and customize Job Roles and Access in Oracle Cloud solutions such as HCM, ERP, SCM to address specific risk management needs, considering scalability and flexibilityCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, configurations, and integrationsStay current on market innovations, Oracle RMC Cloud methodologies, tooling, and assets/acceleratorsRequirements for Successful CandidateBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience in Oracle Cloud or any other Tier 1 ERP applicationMinimum of 3 years of experience with implementing Oracle Cloud Financials / HCM Security & ControlsExperience in design implementation, testing and deploying of Business process controls, automated controls, and IT controlsStrong experience in implementing out of the box HDL tool, application package migration toolsExperience in implementing RMC modules including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financials Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC)Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and cycles (Development, Testing, Documentation, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare)Preferred Skills:Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignmentsStrong oral and written communication skillsRelevant experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing and implementing ERP solutions that solve complex business problems under multiple deadlinesUnderstanding of Oracle Cloud configurations as it relates to the design and development of automated controlsExpertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Security, specifically in the design of job roles, emphasizing best practices for Segregation of Duties (SoD)Strong knowledge of key business processes, the inherit risks, and potential controlsStrong understanding of regulatory concerns impacting Oracle Cloud environments relating to Private sector, Government and Public SectorsBenefits of being a part of the teamFamily Health Insurance including parentsLife & Accident InsuranceMaternity/paternity leavePerformance-based incentivesReferral Bonus programExam Fee Reimbursement PolicyIndian festival holidays5 days working weekDoctor's Consultation
