If you want to work in a transformational environment, where education and training are encouraged, consider Deltek as the next step in your career!About the Role:Monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions to the next level of escalationResponding promptly to service issues and requestsAdhere to the documented incident escalation procedureCollaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies by safeguarding sensitive information and implementing best practices for data handling and protection.QualificationsGraduates of B.Sc (Computer Science), BCA Graduates, and B.E. /B.Tech.Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing conceptsGood knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform will be beneficialGood understanding of Web servers like IIS, Apache... etcGood knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systemsGood understanding of Web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge and software applications.Basic knowledge of databases like Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc, will be an added advantageAbility to learn quickly and efficiently new products and toolsAbility to follow and update specific work instructions and documentationEnsure high quality for all solutions provided and all changes made in the production environmentExcellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
