Position : Senior Testing EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Senior QA Associate in our quality assurance Team , who will drive the testing process, implement automation solutions, and mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Design QA solution ,Test planning and Strategy.Design ,Develop and Review - E2E, Regression and Persona based test suite Implement Blackbox / Whitebox testing methodologies like Equivalence partitioning and Boundary value evaluationImplement CI/CD and shift left in organisation.Develop and maintain automated test scripts (BE/FE)Conduct performance testing and analyse results using tools like JMeter.Collaborate with development and BA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.Participate in troubleshooting and triggering of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.Technical skills:Advanced Testing Knowledge:In-depth understanding of SDLC ,STLC, Scrum, Kanban, Shift left..Experience with various testing methodologies: performance, security, and load testing.Test Automation:Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or similar frameworks.Experience in scripting and maintaining automation test suites.Web Technologies:Advanced knowledge of web technologies, including modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).API Testing:Experience with API testing toolsKnowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services.Database Testing:Advanced SQL skills for data validation and manipulation.Version Control and CI/CD:Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins.Leadership and Mentoring:Ability to guide and mentor junior QA team members.Preferred Skills:Persona Testing, Blackbox / Whitebox testing methodsKnowledge of system design.Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyEducation :Any Engineering graduate with strong QA testing experience in software industry / e-commerce industry / IT Product company will be plus.Experience: 5 - 6 years of experience in QA and ISTQB Certification will be plus.About us:Brief Belzabar Software Design is a world-class software boutique with headquarters in the US and an impressive development record that spans a number of major projects.
