D365 F&O Functional Consultant is involving all aspects of implementing supporting Dynamics solutions through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support. You will be contributing Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, assisting with data migration deliverables, creating required interface design documents, functional design documents and troubleshooting of customization etc.Key Responsibilities:Analyse business processes (Finance, PMA) to identify opportunities for improvementIdentify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom codeUnderstand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom codeYou will be the one to identify our customers' requirements and match them with technological capabilities and with Microsoft continuous release plans.Position SpecificationsKey Competencies:Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and PMAAble to apply functional knowledge to practical scenariosExperience of customized solutions to complex business problemsDemonstrable consultancy experienceStrong working knowledge of business processes and ER frameworkRelevant Microsoft certificationExcellent documentation and communication skillsA logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systemsAbility to multitask and prioritizeGood interpersonal skillsAttention to detailSkills Required:Requires 5+ yrs of experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant with PMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module, implementation and support.Specialized in Finance, PMA, Integration, ER reportsQualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirableFluent in English.Strong communication and consulting skills
