Prompt Engineer – Fresher (WFH) Experience: 2+ yearsLocation: Work from Home/BangaloreMode of engagement: Full timeNo of positions: 2Salary: 2- 5 INR LPAEducational qualifications:Engineering/CS/ITIndustry: IT-ITESNotice Period: ImmediateWhat we are looking for Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or in a similar AI/ML, NLP, or content development roleProficiency in prompt writing, query design, and understanding of AI/ML/NLP conceptsFamiliarity with programming languages (such as Python) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E)Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of prompt engineering techniques such as few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and constitutional AIResponsibilities: Design, develop, and refine AI-generated text prompts for various applications and industries.Collaborate with content creators, product teams, data scientists, and subject matter experts to align prompts with company objectives and user requirements.Continuously test, iterate, and optimize prompts to improve AI model accuracy, performance, and user engagement.Build and maintain a library of successful prompt templates and chains for reuse across projects.Monitor, analyze, and report on prompt performance using data analytics and defined metrics.Integrate prompts into workflows and applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in prompt generation and AI model responses.Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, NLP, machine learning, and prompt engineering best practices.Provide documentation and training on prompt engineering techniques for internal teams and end users.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude).Basic proficiency in Python and experience with AI tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to experiment with different prompts to achieve optimal AI-generated responses.
