We are looking for experienced Rebar Detailers and Rebar Estimators to join our enthusiastic team at VELASAR designs at Ahmedabad. We are an outsourcing company providing design, detail and drafting services to our overseas clients in the US. In the role of Detailer, you will create Rebar Detailing Drawings and Bar Bending Schedules, and as Estimator, you will pull-out Reinforcement Quantities and Cost Estimates for RCC structures of varied nature and scales using software in 2D and 3D.RESPONSIBILITIES-To prepare shop drawings showing rebar/reinforcement detailing of concrete structural elements based on the structural inputs and specifications given by the clients.-To generate Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) manually as well as using software.-To take off material quantities and costs manually as well as using software.-To be attentive, communicative and cooperative with colleagues and clients to deliver in time with accuracy.QUALIFICATIONDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringEXPERIENCE1–5 yearsCOMPUTING SKILLSCAD - 2D & 3D/ REBARCAD/ REVIT/ MICROSOFT 365 (Excel/Word/PPT/Teams/SharePoint) MICROSTATION/ ALLPLAN/ BLUBEAM/ PLANSWIFT (OPTIONAL)LANGUAGE SKILLSGood command of written English for flawless drawings and specification delivery.LOCATIONAhmedabad ( Offline in Office & Online when needed)PAYSCALEA wide range of PayScale are offered, based on expertise in technical aspects and experience of organizational responsibilities. APPLICATION FORMATKindly apply on following Email ID, with relevant Subject line and CV/Resume attached as per the format specified.Email: careers@Subject: DETAILER or ESTIMATOR or DETAILER/ESTIMATOR as per your preferenceAttachment: CV/Resume pdf file named as - Firstname_Lastname.pdf
