Through flagship initiatives—Regulating AI and CAIO Connect—we unite policymakers, enterprise AI leaders, and civil‑society stakeholders to shape fair, democratic, and innovation‑friendly AI governance.Role SummaryThe Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) owns the full partnership lifecycle—from ecosystem mapping to negotiation, activation, and long‑term value creation—to amplify the reach, impact, and financial sustainability of Regulating AI and CAIO Connect.First‑Year Outcomes1  20+ high‑impact partners signed across industry, policy, media, and academia.2  Partnership CRM & dashboard live with quarterly performance reporting.Core ResponsibilitiesAreaKey ActivitiesStrategy & Pipeline• Map and segment partner ecosystem (trade orgs, think tanks, VCs, accelerators, media, event organizers). • Craft crisp value propositions and tiered partner packages.Outreach & Acquisition• Develop data‑driven outreach plans; manage prospecting, introductions, pitch decks, and follow‑ups. • Present to C‑suite and Board‑level executives; tailor messaging for policy vs. commercial stakeholders.Negotiation & Contracting• Structure MOUs, sponsorship agreements, and grant proposals; liaise with legal/finance to ensure nonprofit compliance.Activation & Account Mgmt.• Orchestrate partner deliverables—webinars, whitepapers, podcast series, event panels, joint research. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and track partner NPS.Cross‑Functional Enablement• Feed partner insights to Marketing, Events, Podcast, and Product teams. • Ensure CRM hygiene; surface metrics in executive dashboards.Thought Leadership & Representation• Represent Knowledge Networks at key global forums; moderate sessions and build brand presence.Qualifications•   Experience (2-3 yrs) building and closing strategic partnerships in tech, AI, or policy‑focused nonprofits.•   Existing network among AI trade bodies, ethics advocates, venture investors, and global event organizers (e.g., IEEE, WEF, CES, OECD).•   Demonstrated ability to design KPI frameworks and deliver against revenue & impact targets.•   Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), marketing automation, and virtual event platforms.•   Strong understanding of emerging tech trends.•   Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills with C‑suite, government, and civil‑society leaders.•   Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Policy, Communications, or related; MBA or advanced degree in tech/policy a plus.Personal Attributes•   Mission‑driven: Passionate about responsible AI and community building.•   Entrepreneurial & proactive: Independently identifies opportunities and drives them to closure.•   Data‑oriented: Uses metrics to prioritize, iterate, and report.•   Relationship‑first mindset: Builds trust and long‑term value.Performance Metrics (reviewed quarterly)1  Number & quality of new partnerships signed.2  Partner retention rate & satisfaction score (NPS ≥ 60).3  Engagement output: co‑hosted events, joint publications, media reach.Benefits•   Competitive salary with performance bonus tied to partnership KPIs.•   Remote‑first culture•   Access to a global network of AI leaders and exclusive industry events.Application ProcessSubmit a résumé and a brief cover letter.
