Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Commerce, aligned with the IGNOU university.2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking.3. Deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex economic concepts.4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement.5. Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.6. Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons.7. Stay current with developments in the field of commerce and educational best practices.8. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance, and other relevant data.9.
