We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual with hands-on experience in delivering SaaS-based marketing and customer experience solutions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, demo, training, support, and optimisation of our digital services platform tailored for automotive dealerships. This role will require occasional travel to meet the customers on request.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field2–3 years of experience working on Product Analyst/Specialist, Customer Success Manager, or similar role in a B2C/B2B SaaS platform or any product working experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in product lifecycle management and defining product requirementsAbility to prioritise features and make data-driven decisionsCollaborative teamwork and communication skillsKnowledge of Agile methodologiesStrong understanding of CRM, lead management, and digital marketing tools.Proficient in data analysis and reporting; ability to interpret metrics and drive ROI-focused decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience in managing client escalations and providing technical support.Ability to learn new skills and operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.Eagerness to learn about the opportunities and challenges driving revenue in the area of work.Using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or BI platforms to analyse product usage and customer behaviour.
