Fora motivated individual with sales and account management experience in technology solutions forretail financial services, the opportunity is to lead a business unit selling cutting edge technologysolutions with proven business outcomes.As the Sales Lead of BFSI Business you:# Will create a GTM strategy and plan for MNC solutions for retail financial services and build astrong, credible client list for MNC.# Will be responsible for selling MNC AI for CX and Customer Lifetime Value Managementsolutions globally, with initial focus in India, Middle East and South Asia. He/ She will be drivingall activities of the Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure and Contracting with support fromthe Business Head and Global Sales Head.# Leverage your relationships and network and develop relationships with C Level executives ofcustomer.# Develop a value selling pitch specific for BFSI market# Develop opportunity specific partner/channel if necessary.#You will be a part of the core BFSI Sales Team and will report to the Head of Global SalesYou have# Minimum 8+ years of experience, selling technology solutions into retail financial services suchas Banks, Insurance and Fintech companies in Middle East and South Asia including India.# Substantial experience in selling enterprise solutions in areas related to Customer RelationshipManagement, Customer Experience Management, Data Management and Customer Analytics# Have a good connect with the CXOs of the major banks and FinTech's in the region# The connect to build a good partner network in the pertinent regions# Understanding of commercials, contracts and the ability to negotiate sustainably profitablecommercial terms and conditions# The ability to build a robust BFSI sales team over time# Aware and informed about the latest trends of the industry (Artificial Intelligence, Big DataAnalytics, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation)Interested Candidates cam mail their cv at simmi@ or call at 8467054123
