Role: SAP FICO Consultant with S4 Hana Location: RemoteShift : Rotational ShiftExp.- 10 Years + Job Description--------------------Knowledge of configuration and daily support of the SAP S4 FICO modulesKnowledge & understanding of SAP end-to-end process config such as AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Banking, Fixed Assets.Mentor/support users and teammates on functionalities including understanding of SAP S4 FICO configurations and transactions related to EBS, FX, AP Payments, Cash Application,Work with stakeholders and business users to define the requirement and then explain the system solution.Work with Technical ABAP team in explaining the requirement and co-ordinate with them to get development movingPrepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing scriptsCreate Training documentation and impart training to end usersProvide status of the assigned tasks to Project Manager and other team membersKey contact with the business users in different time zones to collaboratively work on the requirements to develop additional functionalitiesWork with cross functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needsWork with the onsite-offshore resources in different time zones to prioritize, coordinate and execute daily production support and guide them in implementing small to medium size projectsAbility to architect solutions in the Finance functional areas by seamlessly integrating with SD, MM, FI and BW functional areasAbility to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environmentRequired Skills/Qualifications:------------------------------------BA/BS degreeMinimum 10 years of SAP S4 experience focused on the FICO modules.Strong FICO configuration and technical skillsChange Control and Release Management ExperiencePractical Finance functional/business knowledge and experience.Strong proven project management experience and skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong collaborative work experienceStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAction oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsUser management and training experience
