Role Description As a Director of Customer Support, you will be responsible for managing our customer support team and ensuring that we deliver exceptional support to our clients. This is a full-time remote role that involves the following day-to-day tasks: Leading and managing a team of customer support representativesDeveloping and implementing customer service policies and procedures that drive customer satisfactionCollaborating with other teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer issuesManaging escalations and identifying trends or issues that require further investigationDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with clients Qualifications Customer support and customer service skillsStrong analytical skills to identify and solve customer problemsExperience in technical support and troubleshootingExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a teamProven experience in managing a customer support team and driving customer satisfactionBachelor's degree or higher in computer science, business administration, or related fieldExperience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) or technology industry is a plus
