The ideal candidate will lead and support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for global Oracle customers, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with Oracle best practices.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle EBS/R12 HRMS modules accordinglyLead implementation, rollout, and support engagements across Core HR, Payroll (India/US/UK), OTL, SSHR, and iRecruitmentConfigure and support statutory payroll compliance and localization featuresCollaborate with technical teams to design and test RICEW componentsProvide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancementsPerform impact analysis, regression testing, and coordinate Oracle patch upgradesFacilitate CRP, UAT sessions, end-user training, and create detailed functional documentationCoordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of Oracle EBS/R12 HRMS functional experience with a strong focus on Payroll and Core HRProven experience in multiple full-cycle implementations and support projectsIn-depth knowledge of statutory payroll configurations for India/US/UKProficiency in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), SSHR, iRecruitment, and Learning ManagementExposure to Oracle AIM methodology and related documentation standardsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to operate in global delivery environments and collaborate with cross-functional teamsOracle certification in HRMS modules (preferred)Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related discipline
