Through our proprietary Talent Factory model, we build a ready-to-deploy virtual bench of elite IT professionals supported by continuous technical validation and AI-augmented processes.Opportunity Overview:We are building a global network of expert-level freelance technical interviewers and assessors to support our internal vetting process for high-end IT roles. You will conduct deep technical interviews and/or assess coding tests across specific technical domains, ensuring only the most capable consultants are admitted to our delivery network.Key Areas of Expertise Sought:Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) – Architect-level Kubernetes expertise, AIOps implementation experienceDevOps (Azure Ecosystem) – Senior Azure/Aks Infrastructure Experts with deep understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and security best practicesElastic Stack (ELK) – Expert-level consultant with experience in large-scale Elastic/Kibana deployments, observability pipelines, and integrationsData Engineering / Snowflake – Senior Snowflake architect or advanced practitioner with data pipeline, governance, and performance optimization skillsKey Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one or panel-style technical interviews with candidatesEvaluate coding tests or architectural case studies submitted by candidatesProvide objective feedback, ratings, and detailed recommendations on candidate fitCollaborate with the Talent Factory core team to calibrate interview standardsOptionally support the creation or refinement of technical tests and benchmarksWhat We’re Looking For:8+ years of hands-on experience in your specific technical domainPast experience interviewing or mentoring engineers or consultantsStrong communication skills and the ability to ask deep technical and scenario-based questionsComfortable assessing candidates from diverse geographies (Canada, LATAM, India, Eastern Europe, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: e.g., CKA, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SnowPro, Elastic Certified EngineerExperience working in or evaluating talent for consulting/delivery teamsPrior involvement in building or maintaining technical assessments or challengesEngagement Model & Compensation:Paid per interview and/or per assessment taskFlexible hours – conduct interviews based on your availabilityOpportunity to participate in recurring vetting cycles as part of our Talent FactoryPriority access to iVedha’s global consulting opportunities (if interested in dual roles)
