Job Description:This is a manager level position in the “Research” team within the “Marketing” function. The purpose is to support sales, practice, delivery and marketing by working on areas like market intelligence, account intelligence, client intel, competitors analysis, tracking & monitoring of key data sets, persona based analysis, org charts, social & professional media, Responsibilities: Manage stakeholders & their expectation by working closely with them on their research needs with a goal to make them our promoters within the organizationDevelop strong relationships with stakeholders in the US, Canada & India geo and drive collaboration to achieve business objectives & get positive feedback for research groupInteracting with stakeholders on regular basis, understanding their research requirements, scoping framework, planning and deliver results within the timelinesDevelop execution plans for research projects, prioritization & allocation of assignments,On-demand + proactive research support across industries, campaigns & technologiesIdentify research process improvements + develop new processes, tools and build research specialization within strategic growth areas / accounts / industries / verticalsTeam Management - Train, mentor and develop team members & responsible for their growthMaintain internal knowledge base, CRM, repositories, resources & project management toolsFunctional reporting & dashboards on weekly basis – create, maintain and innovateProvide end-to-end research support to business units & sales team membersCandidates will be preferred if they have:-Understanding and experience with industries like – Banking & Finance, Insurance, Pharma, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Logistics & Manufacturing.Minimum of 5 years of proven and progressive stakeholder / people / team management in the same roleMore info: -Shift TimingsOverlapping hours between India (IST) & US (EST)Availability must be till 1 pm ESTFlexible as per the requirements & project needsHybrid Work Policy3 days work from office is MandatoryAdherence to Return to Office (RTO) policy
