Key Responsibilities:Business Development/Pre-sales/SolutionDevelop and execute strategies to identify potential clients in SAP Consulting/Implementation/Licensing/AMS/Resourcing domainBuild a robust pipeline of qualified leads through existing SAP users and potential new deployments.Sales ExecutionMeet potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose SAP solutions tailored to their needs.Draft Sales/Pre-sales/Solutions/ Consulting Collaterals and Business Proposal documents catering to needs of the prospectsEngage in Presales activities and deliver compelling Sales pitch inclusive of Presentation, and Business propositions.Work with sales organization to drive end-to-end sales engagement till deal closure.Collaboration and ReportingWork closely with the SAP Practice and Sales teams to align client needs with our solutions.Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership regarding sales targets and achievements.Key Qualifications:Experience:Minimum 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales/Presales/Solutioning, particularly in solutions like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud BTP based solutions.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).Skills:Strong understanding of SAP solutions and value propositions.Strong professional connect in the SAP eco system with strong technical hold.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to generate and nurture leads, build client relationships, and close sales.Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.Execute SAP-focused demand generation strategies.Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to prospects.Present SAP solutions tailored to client requirements.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong internal and external collaborationSAP Certifications in SAP S4HANA and BTP are good to have.
