The ideal candidate will have over 12+ years of experience in operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally within the HCC industry.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCoding certification from AHIMA/AAPC - CCS; CCS-P; CPC, CRC etc.Minimum 12+ years of medical coding experience in professionalExperience of working across multiple coding specialties and operations.People & Process management.Manage Senior Group Leaders/Group Leaders/Assistant managers/Manager to manage the availability of Coding Executives on a real-time basis to ensure SLA is met Work out the impact of the requests and the requirements of the client in terms of time, effort and resource cost and make appropriate decisionsResponsible for increasing the value add as well as the revenue share from the clientStrategic implementation of client requirements and goalsRevenue and cost management with respect to client and organization levelsAssuring the delivery of operational excellence and high performance from Associates at various levels in the hierarchy; achieving the same through effective mentoring, training and capacity planningCreating awareness for driving projects, process improvement strategy & methodology and ensuring maximum operational efficiencyKey Competencies:Team Leadership: Ability to manage and mentor assistant managers, and managers to ensure optimal performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Capacity Planning: Skilled in managing the availability of coding executives in real-time, ensuring that staffing levels align with workload demands to meet SLAs effectively.Process Improvement: Expertise in implementing process improvement strategies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Operational Excellence: Commitment to delivering high performance from associates through effective mentoring, training, and capacity planning, achieving excellence in operations.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex medical records and coding scenarios accurately.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing healthcare regulations and coding standards, ensuring continuous compliance and accuracy.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.If Interested in the above Position, please forward your Updated CV - Email: roshan.xavier@ Mobile: 7907474780
