We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator Profile for one of our clients based in Hyderabad!Job Purpose:The Sales Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact between the sales team, customers, contract manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal departments. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating dispatches, ensuring timely invoicing, and supporting various sales and supply chain activities to ensure seamless business operations and high customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities:Customer Coordination: Liaise with customers for - Receipt and follow-up of purchase ordersTracking and follow-up of receivablesDispatch planning and logistics for ex-works shipmentsSales forecasting and updatesSampling requirements and feedbackVendor registration process for new customersAddressing quality and service-related complaintsCoordination and follow-up for New Product Development (NPD)Periodic customer and/or filling site visitsContract Manufacturing Coordination: Coordinate with contract manufacturers for -Coordinate with contract manufacturers for:Shipment schedules and timely dispatchesProduction and delivery of samplesPreparation and accuracy of shipping documentationPeriodic visits to the contract manufacturing siteLogistics & Transport Management:Liaise with transporters to ensure timely truck placement and dispatchCoordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for export shipmentsInternal Coordination: Work with internal teams for - InvoicingProduction Work Order (PWO) generationCoordinate with client's quality and manufacturing teams to ensure service and quality standards are metData Management & Analytics:Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, samples, and customer communicationsGenerate reports and dashboards for tracking sales and operationsAnalyse sales data to support planning and forecastingOther Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support within the officeQualifications & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, supply chain, or customer servicePrior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or B2B environment is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong coordination and multitasking capabilitiesGood understanding of supply chain and logistics processesProficiency in MS Excel and data analysisProblem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approachDetail-oriented and process-driven
