You'll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of AI solutions across business processes, including marketing, measuring their effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This fully remote role will bridge technical expertise with business acumen, helping us achieve measurable growth through AI-driven initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead AI adoption initiatives, facilitating smooth integration into existing workflows and business processes, especially in marketing and sales.Identify, evaluate, and recommend new AI technologies and tools relevant to our business.Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives, consistently assessing performance and identifying improvement opportunities.Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to enhance outreach and engagement using AI-driven strategies.Train and mentor teams on best practices in AI application, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and ensure alignment with business goals.Manage relationships with AI technology vendors and solution providers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
