About the Role: We are seeking a CyberArk PAM Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing and operationalizing the Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA) module. This is a contract position ideal for a professional who brings both deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of governance and operational frameworks related to PTA.You will be responsible for leading or supporting the end-to-end setup of the PTA module within a complex enterprise PAM environment, including alert design, scoring models, and process integration. The ideal candidate will also have broader CyberArk product experience and a solid understanding of Privileged Access Management best practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the implementation and configuration of CyberArk PTA, ensuring alignment with enterprise security monitoring requirements.Define, customize, and operationalize PTA alert rules, risk scoring thresholds, and event correlation use cases.Develop and refine the PTA alert triage and escalation process, integrating with SOC and IR teams where applicable.Establish a governance model around PTA usage, reporting, and continuous improvement.Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PTA operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management.Collaborate with stakeholders to align PTA alerts and scoring with real-world risk profiles and business context.Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams on PTA configuration, tuning, and best practices.Support broader CyberArk PAM tasks and troubleshooting as needed, including integration with other modules and components (e.g., CPM, PSM, PVWA).Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall PAM governance framework.Required Qualifications:5+ overall CyberArk work experience and 2+ years in the environment with PTA.Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA) – including implementation, customization, and operational use.Strong understanding of PTA alerting logic, risk scoring models, and integration with SOC/monitoring processes.Experience in defining and documenting alert management workflows and governance processes.Ability to develop comprehensive and maintainable SOPs for PTA operations and support.Working knowledge of core CyberArk components: Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and their integration points.General knowledge of Microsoft AD (Active Directory), Windows and Unix based platforms.Solid grasp of Privileged Access Management principles, use cases, and enterprise-scale implementations.Experience working with security operations teams, incident response processes, and SIEM integration is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills:CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry, CDE PAM).Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, REST API) for CyberArk configuration.Prior experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, critical infrastructure).Understanding of frameworks like NIST, CIS Controls, or Zero Trust Architecture as they relate to PAM.To Apply: Please submit your resume highlighting relevant experience with CyberArk PTA, including specific implementation or operational projects you've led or contributed to.
