The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both photo and video editing workflows, high-level organizational skills, and the ability to lead post-production operations while upholding quality and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely receipt of all raw files from photographers and videographers.Organize and manage files on servers, prepping projects for editors.Assign editing projects and track progress through completion.Review edits and provide final approval based on company standards.When needed, perform quick high-quality revisions in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to avoid unnecessary revision loops.Upload completed projects to client-facing gallery platforms and distribute them via email.Train and support editors to improve skill level and production quality.Embrace and implement cutting-edge technologies, including the use of advanced AI software in the post-production workflow.Analyze and evaluate edits with a high degree of scrutiny to ensure quality, consistency, and continual improvement.Provide feedback to editors in a firm but constructive and supportive manner, maintaining a balance between high standards and team morale.Identify and correct audio distortion or errors caused by AI-based audio editing, requiring advanced fluency in English.QualificationsProven experience in post-production management for photography and videography.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.Strong organizational and project management skills.High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in edits.Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive, feedback-driven mindset.Passion for creative quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Comfortable adopting new tools and technologies, including AI.Fluent in English with excellent listening skills to detect subtle audio distortions.Must be equipped to work from home using your own PC.Must be available to work 40–45 hours per week during US Eastern Time (night shift).US experience is preferred.How to ApplyIf you meet the above qualifications and are excited about joining a high-performing remote team, please apply via the following link:
