Our platform helps organizations implement, track, and maintain building wellness standards while improving operational efficiency.The Role We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our product team and craft intuitive, scalable solutions for enterprise clients. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process, mentoring and managing a team of designers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions that align with our business objectives. He/ She will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design experiences that simplify complex certification processes and build management workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process for complex B2B and certification products, from research and ideation to final implementation● Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that address enterprise client needs while maintaining simplicity ● Design and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across multiple product offerings ● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and gather insights ● Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of design specifications ● Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design best practices ● Facilitate design workshops and present solutions to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications● 6-7 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role ● Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving in B2B environments ● Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes ● Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) ● Experience in creating and maintaining design systems ● Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions ● Background in conducting user research and usability testing ● Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles ● Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field ● Experience with data visualization and dashboard design ● Familiarity with agile development processes● Previous experience in creating design systems from scratch Technical Skills ● Proficiency in design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite ● Experience with prototyping tools: Principle, Protopie, or similar ● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript ● Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices ● Experience with collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, etc.What we offer ● Opportunity to work on products that impact building wellness and sustainability ● Collaborative environment with a focus on innovation ● Professional development and learning opportunities ● Competitive remuneration and benefits package as per market standards ● Remote-friendly work environment ● Health and wellness benefits ● Professional certification supportLocation: RemoteThe ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive experiences that simplify complex enterprise workflows while maintaining a user-centered approach to problem-solving.
