This individual will develop high-quality content for both external and internal audiences, including brochures, website content, newsletters, and various communication materials. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of content strategy and digital communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Development: - Create well-researched content for iMerit’s website, brochures, newsletters, and press releases - Develop original and engaging copy for blog posts, and use cases - Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all content platforms 2. Internal Communication: - Partner with team leads to highlight employee success stories and iMerit milestones. 3. External Communication: - Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that supports brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement - Draft and edit content for client-facing materials, including presentations and project reports 4. Content Strategy: - Assist in developing and implementing content calendars that align with marketing communication strategies - Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement 5. Collaboration & Research: - Liaise with subject matter experts to create accurate, informative content - Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to produce relevant content. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in the tech or AI sector. Skills: - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail - Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible and compelling content - Strong interpersonal skills for eective collaboration with cross-functional teams - Experience in developing content for various formats, including print and digital Desirable: - Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or related technical fields - Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company ***Please submit your resume, a cover letter, and two writing samples that demonstrate your range and style****
