The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our Project Manager/Scrum Master consultants ( GC-EAD) to various implementation partners, system integrators,direct clients and Full time Roles in the U.S. IT staffing market.Key Responsibilities:- Market bench consultants through multiple channels including job boards, vendor networks, and direct client contacts. - Apply to Jobs in Dice, Monster, Job Boards and fortune 500 Companies careers website for the Project Manager/ Scrum master consultants. - Review Resumes of Consultants if it matches the Job description and make it ATS Friendly so it gets short listed for the interview. - Submit consultants to job requirements, schedule interviews, and follow up with clients. - Keep consultants informed throughout the placement process. - Provide a report of how many Jobs have been applied for each consultant with C2C, 1099, W2 categoriesRequirements:- 1–3+ years of experience in Bench Sales or IT staffing (U.S. market preferred). - Experience working with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and vendor portals. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven track record of placing consultants and meeting targets. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Familiarity with CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Nice to Have:- Existing network of vendors or implementation partners. - Prior experience working in a remote setup or night shift for U.S. markets. - Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).Benefits:- Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives. - Flexible/remote work options. - Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization. - Supportive and collaborative team culture.Note: Only one consultant will be assigned to each bench sales recruiter and recruiter is responsible for that consultant to be placed within a month
