We are committed to delivering value through innovation, dedication, and a client-first approach.:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals with our US-based clients.:* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).* Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates’ technical skills and communication abilities.* Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on the interview process.* Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker.* Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates.* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.* Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements.* Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand job requirements and client expectations.& :* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.* 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT staffing.* Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with job boards and ATS.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.* Willingness to work in night shift(US time zones).:* Night Shift (typically 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST or as per US EST/PST time zone).:* Competitive salary and incentives.* Growth opportunities and learning environment.* Performance-based rewards and recognition.* Friendly and collaborative work culture.:Send your updated resume to @.+ .
