If you have the drive and the mindset to build something great—we’re ready to bet on you.Role Overview:Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles (Engineering teams, DevOps, Designers, editors etc ), from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination and offer roll-out. Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Help resolve employee issues in a timely and professional manner.3. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and data protection standards. Assist in policy development, documentation, and implementation.4. Performance Management Coordinate performance review processes and assist managers in tracking goals and feedback. Support employee development initiatives and training program coordination.5. Payroll & Benefits Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Manage leave tracking and benefits administration. Respond to employee queries related to compensation, leaves, and benefits.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within technology or financial services. Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour laws, and best practices. Proven ability to implement cost-saving measures in recruitment. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and event-planning abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in HR management or relevant legal compliance.
