As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and experienced HR Executive to support our people operations.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicatedHR Executivewith at least 2 years of experience inend-to-end recruitmentandHR process implementation . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the 1 PM to 10 PM IST shift to ensure alignment with international client operations. Candidates who are proactive, organized, and passionate about people management are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities Manage theentire recruitment cycleincluding sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Develop and implementHR policies , standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks MaintainHR records , documentation, and employee data management systems (HRMIS) Coordinate and supportemployee engagementinitiatives and company events Assist in performance appraisal and employee feedback systems Ensure HRcompliance with internal processes and labor laws Address employee queries related to policies, attendance, and benefitsRequired Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred) Minimum2 years of experiencein recruitment and core HR functions Knowledge ofHR software , tools, and employment regulations Excellentcommunication, organization , and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability to work the1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift(required)Additional Consideration We encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
