As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various IT positions. Daily tasks include creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers. The role involves leveraging various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent.
