This role requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in managing legal contracts, vendor onboarding, and W2 employee operations in a staffing environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and MSAs with clients and subcontractorsOversee subcontractor/vendor onboarding, compliance, and contract renewalsHandle employee W2/payroll-related queries and ensure documentation accuracyEnsure adherence to client-specific legal and regulatory guidelinesGenerate and maintain periodic contractual and compliance reportsCoordinate with legal, finance, and delivery teams for seamless contract executionRequirements:3+ years of experience in contract and vendor management, preferably in a US staffing or BFSI environmentStrong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and labor complianceProven experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and executionProficiency in working with tools like DocuSign, MS Excel, and contract tracking systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
