This individual will act as a bridge between operations and accounting while also handling reporting, cash flow analysis, dispute resolution, and internal audits.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify final documentation and amounts before payment executionManage and approve the invoice flow between the documentation team and the payment processorAnalyze company cash flow, payment schedules, and receivablesInvestigate and resolve disputes with vendors, carriers, and clientsSupport customers with payment-related questions or invoice clarificationProvide monthly financial reports to management and flag payment delaysHelp develop SOPs for financial processes and ensure adherence to internal guidelinesMonitor overall performance of the finance department and address inefficienciesRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a financial coordination or analyst role in a Freight Forwarding or Logistics companyStrong understanding of invoicing, vendor payments, freight documentation, and logistics operationsExperience working with both operations and accounting departmentsExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and reporting toolsAbility to work independently and ensure team accountabilityFluent English required
