We believe in building long-term client relationships with a commitment to quality, speed, and transparency.Now, we’re expanding our team by hiring Freelance Business Development Managers (BDMs) who can bring in new clients and help us grow faster.Role Overview:We are looking for experienced and motivated Freelance BDMs to acquire new clients for recruitment services. This is a commission-only opportunity, best suited for professionals from the staffing and recruitment space. Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffingPitch Talentigence’s services to HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and FoundersFinalize service agreements and coordinate internally for requirement handoverTrack and report client engagement, performance, and follow-upsBuild strong, long-term relationships for repeat business Ideal Candidate Profile:2+ years of BDM/Client Acquisition experience in recruitment or staffing firmsGood knowledge of hiring practices, recruitment cycles, and delivery expectationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong network of potential clients is a bonusAbility to work independently and meet targets Compensation:One-Time Commission: ₹6,000 per signed client agreementPayout Timeline: Paid after 1 month of onboarding, only if valid job requirements are sharedNo fixed salary – 100% commission-basedHigh earning potential – no cap on closures Why Join Us as a Freelance BDM?Transparent commission structureWork from anywhere, anytimeNo daily reporting – fully outcome-drivenAccess to a strong delivery team to fulfill client needsFuture full-time opportunities based on performance
